Privacy Policy

For Premium lawyer or clinic finding requests, we store your account reference, request type, state, safe contact email, consent to contact, and submission date in Bloom’s private request inbox. Only you and authorized Bloom administrators can read your request. Do not submit medical history or legal case details. These requests do not enroll you in marketing emails.

If you join our email list (for example to receive the free hospital bag checklist), we store the email address you give us so we can send you what you asked for and occasional thoughtful pregnancy and parenting emails.

If you create an account to use the community forum, we store your email address and the display name you choose, along with the threads and replies you post.

For free-checklist reporting, we record the first signup page and date, and the first download request for each PDF associated with your signup. The private dashboard shows aggregate counts, not email addresses. We do not collect or infer race or motherhood. Download requests do not prove that a file was saved or read; direct PDF links are not counted.

Tools like the pregnancy tracker, baby tools, and article checklists save their entries on your own device only — we never see or store them.

We never sell your information or share it with advertisers.

We never send marketing emails you didn't sign up for.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list — no questions, no hoops.
